To get hotels online, there has been a lot of improvements, including user reviews and recommendations. EasytoBook currently has a rating system as well as recommendations via reviews. You can view hotels based on their rating, as well as how many "stars" the hotels has.
On each locations website, there are several different "special offers" including 'featured' hotel, hotel of the month and the deluxe special. Right now they are currently featuring hotels in Barcelona and Rome Hotels. Check out there 'special offers', I'm sure there will be something you like.
